• Doors will be of Teak wood frame with designed Teakwood door finish with melamine finish.
• All other doors will be African Teak wood frame with masonite molded panel doors with matching paint.
• The main door will be provided with Godrej mortise lock and other doors will be fitted with brass fittings.
• All windows and ventilators will be of African Teakwood frames with M.S.Grills and shutters with plain glass

• Verified tile (24 x 24) shall be done Drawing room, Hall and Dining room at the cost of 65/-per Sq. Ft.
• Vitrified tile (24 x 24) shall be done in Bed room, Kitchen
• The Ceramic tile (12 x 12) flooring shall be done in Toilet, Service and Balcony at the cost of Rs.35/- Per Sq. ft.

• Interior walls will be finished with putty and emulsion paint. The colour scheme will be the builder’s Choice
• 2. Wall tiling shall be done in the walls of the following rooms with concept designed colour glazed tiles (8 x 12) or (12 x 18)
  • Toilet walls up to 7ft height at the basic cost of Rs.45/- Per Sq. ft
  • In the vicinity of wash basin and above the kitchen platform upto 0.6 m (2ft) height

          Kitchen platform will be made of polished black colour granite stone 24 Sq. ft and provision of           shelf.The sink will be of stainless steel.

• Electricity supply will be three-phase supply by means of concealed wiring.
• Switches, plug points main board and sub main board will be provided with individual meters for common meter for common service.
• Necessary electrical points (as per the size of the room) will be provided for lights, fans and Electrical gargets etc,
• Branded Modular Switches – Legrand or equivalent will be used.

• Internal concealed plumbing will be of CPVC Pipes and EXTERNAL Plumbing will of branded PVC Pipes.
• The waste and underground sewage line will be done with PVC Pipes with PVC specials.
• All EWC water closets and washbasin will be in white colour parry ware make or equivalent.
• Toilet and kitchen fittings will be Jaguar or equivalent chromium plated brass taps.
