Doors and Windows
  • Main door will be of good quality wood frame with hard-core flush shutter
  • All other doors will be of good quality wood frame with hard-core flush shutter with matching paint.
  • The main door will be provided with Godrej mortise latch and other doors will be fitted with anodized aluminum fittings.
  • All windows and ventilators will be of good quality wood frames with M.S.Ornamental grills and shutters with plain glass with matching paint.
Flooring
  • Ceramic flooring shall be done with Nitco Joint Free tiles in living room, bedrooms, dining area, kitchen and balcony.
  • The flooring in toilet, Bedrooms and Verandah will be 12 x 12 Ceramic Tiles.
Walls and Tiling
  • Interior walls will be finished with Oil Bond Distemper.
  • Bath room walls tiling with off – white ceramic tiles up to 7ft height
  • In the vicinity of washbasin 2’ height and above the kitchen platform 2’ height.
Kitchen Provision          Kitchen platform will be made of polished black colour granite stone. The sink will be of            stainless steel.
Shelves and Lofts
  • Shelves / wardrobes will be provided in the kitchen and bedrooms with polished Cuddappa slap.
  • Lofts will be provided in the kitchen and bedroom.
Electricity and Wiring
  • Electricity supply will be extended through three-phase supply of double bedroom flat by means of concealed wiring.
  • Switches, plug points main board and sub main board will be provided with individual meters for the flats and common meter for common service.
  • Necessary electrical points (as per the size of the room) will be provided for lights, fans and electrical gadgets etc.
Plumbing and Sanitary ware Fittings
  • Internal concealed plumbing will be of G.I. Pipes and external plumbing will be of P.V.C Pipes.
  • The waste and underground sewage line will be done with P.V.C. pipes with P.V.C. specials and stoneware pipes.
  • All water closets and washbasin will be white ceramic.
  • Toilet and kitchen fittings will be chromium plated brass taps.
T.V and Telephone Cables           Provision for T.V. antenna and telephone conduct will be provided for living with good quality           concealed conduits extended from the terrace.
Common Features
  • A sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity shall be provided for drinking and well water.
  • Approach pathway shall be provided with cast in situ or precast concrete slabs.
  • The site will be covered by compound wall.
  • The motor pump set will be provided for pumping well water and corporation water.
Exclusions
  • The following do not form part of our work:
    • Covering of bedroom and kitchen shelves / wardrobes with shutter.
    • Grill work of balconies.
    • Electrical fittings like fans, lights, etc.
